An unidentified person selling pins while wearing head-to-toe black and white striped costume. The clothing includes a large head-dress or hat, double-tiered Bertha collar, long fitted sleeves, fitted bodice and full gathered peplum, multiple petticoats, ruffled lace bloomers, striped leggings and white socks with red flourishes in the wig, shoes, waist sash, petticoat, and garter along with full face paint or makeup in white, red and black.
