Omaha's Gay Pride Week took place from June 17-June 30, 1990. The theme of Omaha's 1990 Pride was "Open the Door to the Gay '90's."

The Omaha Gay and Lesbian Pride Parade was at 4 p.m. on June 23, 1990. The parade route began at 20th and Farnam Streets and proceeded west on Douglas to Turner Park (31st and Farnam Streets), where a Gay and Lesbian community picnic took place.
